My mentor and I implemented the “Green Points” reward system, which encouraged positive behaviour and accountability without punishment. Students were rewarded for kindness, teamwork, and responsibility — values rooted in UAE culture.

Description:

_{During the school’s Flag Day celebration week, I helped organize a class activity where students worked together to make the UAE flag using colors and raising it. This activity helped them show pride in their country, work as a team, and learn about Emirati culture.
It also showed how values like unity, respect, and belonging can be part of classroom learning. This connects to Vygotsky’s (1978) idea that students learn best through shared cultural experiences and collaboration.}
